HOTEL ZONE V3.0 is the modern solution which has
whole range of integrated modules to cover every aspect of property management.
The generalized version of HOTEL ZONE V3.0 is wide accepted worldwide with due
to its state-of-art technology and extremely easy to use in nature. To
accomplish our objective of a fast and easy to use program, we will be
implementing several technologies. Our
UI (User Interface) will be designed with Microsoft Visual Basic .Net, with a
focus on a clean intuitive interface. In
the background, we will be saving all data to a Microsoft SQL Server
database. This will allow our program
easy access to save, query, and retrieve all data with ease. These two technologies combined will give us
flexibility and power in design and use of the program. The software will also
not include a housekeeping system.
HOTEL ZONE V3.0 also comes with a very simple
matrix screen with dates and rooms showing room vacant, occupied, check-out,
clean, block and reserved by color code. The major modules of the HOTEL ZONE
V3.0 constitutes of Easy Check-in / Check-out, 2 Click guest reservation, Daily
Closing Reports, Night Audit, Room Operation, Guest History and lot other.
